When approving Twist & Tango's Terms & Conditions and placing your order, you enter a binding agreement with Twist & Tango. When an order is accepted, an order confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail to your stated e-mail adress. This order confirmation also works as a warranty certificate upon full payment. Twist & Tango make a reservation for any delivery deviations in those causes where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order. You can place your order at Twist & Tango webshop at any time. The products are usually picked on the next ordinary business day. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Otherwise, parental consent is required.

For international customers: Twist & Tango offers payment by Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Payments are processed by Nets.

For customers in Sweden and Norway, payments are handled by Klarna Bank AB via Kustom Checkout. Klarna offers payment by card, invoice and instalments. Payment options may vary depending on the result of a credit check.

All orders made in Sweden include 25% VAT.

Twist & Tango make reservations for any price adjustments and price errors.

Twist & Tango makes reservations for printing errors and color deviations in products presented on the webshop. Twist & Tango strives to ensure that the pictures shown in the webshop are as representative as possible and that they confirm with reality.

Any attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Twist & Tango reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicions of fraud.
