DELIVERIES
DELIVERIES WITHIN SWEDEN
DELIVERY TIME
Shipments are only made during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, except for Swedish public holidays.
We always aim to ship all orders placed before 13 pm (CET) the same business day.
The estimated delivery time is between 1-3 working days from shipping your order (please note that orders placed with Store pickup could take up to 6 working days.)
Purchases made on weekends or Swedish public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery confirmation will be sent by e-mail when your order has left the Twist & Tango warehouse.
These delivery times do not include any delays that may occur with your chosen carrier. If delays occur, please contact your chosen carrier. Please also allow extra time for delivery during SALE periods.
We offer free shipping for all orders over 1999 SEK within Sweden. If you don't exceed this order amount, your shipping cost will be 59 SEK.
How can I track my order?
You can track your parcel easy in the Postnord App.
The PostNord App allows you to: Orders within Sweden are shipped with Postnord. Your order will be shipped to choosen access point or to your home depending on which delivery method you have chosen.
- Track your parcels.
- Receive digital delivery notifications.
- Collect parcels without identification when BankID is used.
You can also check how big the parcel is, keep an eye on when it will be arriving and track your returns.
Everything you need is in your telephone. The app is available for iOS (iPhone) and Android. It can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
If you do not want to download an app, the same functions are of course also available online at postnord.se.
A notification will also be sent via sms when your package is ready to be collected. Valid identification and the notice with the tracking number must be presented upon picking up the shipment.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
The package must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If the package has not been collected within 7 days a fee of 170 SEK will be incurred. This fee covers the costs that Twist & Tango incur for sending and returning the package. In other words, if you have ordered a product and changed your mind after we have sent your package, you must return the package or be charged 170 SEK.
STORE PICKUP - COLLECT IN STORE
What does collect in store mean?
Collect in store means placing your order online and picking It up in one of our Twist & Tango stores, located in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The stores are displayed at checkout, where you’ll be able to select the store most convenient for you.
Orders placed with the collect in store pick-up method, will be shipped together with the weekly the store-order from our warehouse. This helps us reduce the freight traffic and therefore is our sustainable way of delivering you package. Please note that delivery time is a few more days, 1-6 working days.
How do I pick up my order?
When your order arrives at one of our stores, you will be notified in the Posnord App or with SMS from Postnord. Once you receive your Ready For Pickup message, head to the store to pick up your order! Bring your notification message and a valid ID. Look for the COLLECT YOUR ORDER HERE-signs in the store and our wonderful colleges will help you! Don’t forget that you can open your order in store if you want to and try it out. Our colleges will be happy to help you.
What if I want to exchange/return a style or my order?
If you for some reason would like to do a return, you will get a pre-paid return label in your order that you can use at any Postnord access point. The return shipping costs have been prepaid by Twist & Tango.
The return freight of 69 SEK will be charged once we receive your return). You can also return your order in one of our Twist & Tango stores free of charge!
Twist & Tango is responsible for the transport risk, i.e., the risk that the product is damaged or gets lost during transportation from our warehouse to you. It is, in turn, you who bear the risk when you return a product to us.
You are responsible for providing us with the correct contact information when placing your order, i.e., name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, etc

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Orders for international market are shipped using UPS. Shipping cost is 10€/99 DKK. Please note that UPS requires a signature when leaving the package, the couriers usually operate between 8am-6pm. We recommend, if possible, using your work address for delivries. The order will be delivered with UPS Standard, The estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days from shipping your order.
All international orders are deliverd to your chosen adress with UPS, if the delivery is unsuccessful your order will be sent to a access point for pick up by you. The package must be picked up within 14 days of notification. If the package has not been collected within 14 days a fee of 20€/170 DKK will be incurred. This fee covers the costs that Twist & Tango incur for sending and returing the package.
We deliver to the following countries in the European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.
DELIVERIES NORWAY
Orders within Norway are shipped using UPS/Bring. Shipping cost is 150NOK. Please note that UPS requires a signature when leaving the package, the couriers usually operate between 8am-6pm. We recommend, if possible, using your work address for deliveries. The order will be delivered with UPS Standard, The estimated delivery time is between 2-5 working days from shipping your order.
Customs charges & import charges (VAT) are covered by Twist&Tango and are included in the price.
