Terms & Conditions

When approving Twist & Tango's Terms & Conditions and placing your order, you enter a binding agreement with Twist & Tango. When an order is accepted, an order confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail to your stated e-mail adress. This order confirmation also works as a warranty certificate upon full payment. Twist & Tango make a reservation for any delivery deviations in those causes where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order. You can place your order at Twist & Tango webshop at any time. The products are usually picked on the next ordinary business day. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Otherwise, parental consent is required.

For international customers: Twist & Tango offers bank/credit card for our international customers. We accept the following bank/credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron & MasterCard. Payments will be handeled by Nets payment services.

For domestic customers: For our Swedish customers payments will be handeled by Klarna. They offer payments via bank/credit card, invoice and/or installment. For any questions regarding your payment, please contact Klarna at: 08 120 120 10.

The payment term "invoice" and/or "installment" is only offerered to the Swedish customers and is made in cooperation with Klarna. When an order is placed using the invoice method, Klarna will conduct a credit check. Late payments will be debited by Klarna.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

- Pay in [30] days: The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: Sweden.

- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.

- Card Payments: The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [30] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

All correspondence with our customers is made via e-mail; therefore, you must check your e-mails frequently.

All orders made in Sweden include 25% VAT.

Twist & Tango make reservations for any price adjustments and price errors.

Twist & Tango makes reservations for printing errors and color deviations in products presented on the webshop. Twist & Tango strives to ensure that the pictures shown in the webshop are as representative as possible and that they confirm with reality.

Any attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Twist & Tango reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicions of fraud.
